No. CallRescue answers your business line after hours. Fire, medical, police, gas, or carbon-monoxide emergencies belong on 911 — hang up and dial it. We are not a public-safety answering point.

Forward unanswered or after-hours calls from your business line (*71 / *61, or a PBX rule). We walk you through it during setup. Takes a few minutes with your carrier.

Will my customers know it is AI?

They hear your business name and a short recording notice. The agent is built to sound like a dispatcher — not a chatbot reading a script.

What if my on-call tech does not pick up?

We transfer the caller and email the ticket — recording and transcript included. Keep that on-call number current. Same as any answering service: your tech still has to take the job.

We launch in Ocean County / Central Jersey. The answering product itself is a US forward plus a local DID — it can run anywhere you can forward a phone. Recording-consent rules differ by state; we are not a 50-state marketing play yet.

Do I keep my published number?

Yes. Callers still dial you. Forward unanswered or after-hours calls (*71 / *61, or a PBX rule). Nothing changes on the truck magnets.

Can I cancel?

Is there a trial?

Yes. Seven days, card required at signup. You are not billed the $149 until the trial ends unless you cancel first. It is not a no-card trial.
